[mch2022-orga] Ticket countdown and discounted community tickets

Hi Orga,

We're getting pretty close to MCH! Let's get ready for a great summer!

MCH is now in the final stage of ticket sales. This started this morning after the blog post with the remaining number of tickets was published. Tickets are going fast, or in modern speak: line goes up.

This morning two major things have been announced:
1: ticket supply is limited: get your ticket in time
2: discount tickets are available (via pay-it-forward)

The limited supply is, similarly to SHA, accelerating ticket sales. When the supply has dried up there will be a queue. We'll have to see what happens from there, as there are a gazillion factors at play that may swing a conclusion into any direction.

The discounted tickets are here to answer the signals that obtaining a ticket is becoming out of reach for an increasingly larger group. Inflation is a serious issue. The batch of limited discount tickets is increased via pay-it-forward: donations, normal ticket sales and community sponsors.
