[mch2022-orga] MCH2022 Secret Token challenge

Hi all,

On MCH2022 the CTF team will organize a Secret Token challenge (inspired by
Elger who got the idea from the Bornhack secret token game). This challenge
is both part of the main MCH2022 CTF as well as a stand-alone challenge.
All over MCH2022 there will be Secret Tokens to be found. These tokens will
be in the following format: secret{<[A-Za-z0-9]{4,64}>} and can be hidden
wherever you can think of. The tokens can also be shown encoded (rot13,
base64, hex, binary etc). Visitors can try to find as many tokens as they
can and then submit them to the challenge site. We mostly depend on the
MCH2022 organization for spreading these tokens around the campground, the
digital systems and anywhere you can think of that makes sense. This is all
voluntary of course and we do not demand anything from anyone for this.
