Everybody in the Netherlands speaks English, so I think you would be perfectly able to arrange it 😁. Really, It is no rocket science.
The problem is also not how. That is easy and done many times before*. They problem is who is going to assemble, manage and care for a team of volunteer drivers during the event.
*we just rent a few 9-person vans and start driving
