I think you mean the 'Friends Ticket' that is still listed there? (also mentioned at https://wiki.mch2022.org/Tickets#What_if_I_can.27t_afford_it_right_now.3F).

(note the CfP already 'soft-closed' March 1st, though - though they still might have a chance: https://wiki.mch2022.org/Speaker_FAQ#Can_I_still_submit_a_talk_or_workshop.3F )
