[mch2022-orga] redirect wiki and notes of meetings

Hi all!

Two small updates today:

1: In prepreation of the landing website needed for things like ticket
sale, sponsors and explanation what the event is, the wiki has been
moved from why2025.org to wiki.why2025.org. 
Internal links should be perserved, but you might have a look to
external links you might have shared. 
For now, a redirect is in place, so no imidiate problems are expected.

2: The notes from all jitsi meetings shouild be accessible on the wiki
directly on the calender/anouncement page, for example:
https://wiki.why2025.org/Orga_Jitsi_July_2024
