Hey all!

This is our somewhat first update mail on what's happening for WHY2025.
Expect regular updates from us through this medium.

**Fieldday:**

The WHY2025 orga meet last month was awesome! There is a lot of
interest to see what the exact area is that we are talking about, so
mark your calendars for WHY2025 Field Day, happening on June 15th! Come
camping from 14th to the 16th!

What better way to experience the terrain than by camping, bonding over
a crackling campfire, and indulging in delicious marshmallows? Where
you can talk with your(prospective) teams and other people who want to
make an unforgettable hacker camp in the summer of 2025? If you have
any interest in helping and preparing WHY2025, you are welcome to come
to the WHY2025 orga field day!

Here's a glimpse of what's in store:

Field Day Schedule:

Friday, June 14th:
15:00 - Building up
19:00 - Dinner

Saturday, June 15th:
10:00 - 13:00 - Arrival & building tent
13:00 - 14:00 - Lunch
14:00 - 15:00 - Welcome
15:00 - 17:00 - Checking terrain and fields
17:00 - 19:00 - Team meetings
19:00 - 21:00 - BBQ
21:00 onwards - Campfire, marshmallows & fun.

Sunday, June 16th:
10:00 - 16:00 - Breakfast, tearing down & cleaning

Kids are more than welcome to join in the adventure, but please note
that we won't be providing any specific entertainment for them, and
that part of this meeting is focused on organizing WHY2025.

Get ready to have some useful fun with us at WHY2025 Field Day. We
can't wait to see you there!

**First Orga Jitsi**

We will start with monthly meetings for all orga starting from May 22nd
at 20.00. It is the place to hear about the progress and to bring team
updates to the rest of the organization.

planned for now.
