Hi all,

= intro =
This is from team off-site logistics. This team will make sure that 
cargo/objects for the orga will be transported to the terrain and back 
to its origin.

= TLDR =
Can you please inform us on offsite-logistics at lists.why2025.org on the 
transportation needs of your team?

= conditions =
We will need to set some conditions to make this possible:
* The team transports goods only, no people
* Orga-related transports only, not village-related (exceptations can be 
made if really necessary, talk to me)
* A contact person including contact details (phone number/signal 
username) on the pick-up site is necessary
* A contact person including contact details (phone number/signal 
username) on the drop-off site is necessary
* Flexibility on pick-up/drop-off dates/times is necessary, we cannot be 
at all places at the same time
* On both pick-up as drop-off site help for loading/unloading goods 
should be available
* Loose/small items have to be packed
* Inform us on the dimensions of your cargo and how it is packed
* Make sure that you have a place to store your items at the drop-off 
point, we do not provide with storage place (talk to team warehouse if 
necessary)
* Final requests for transport can be filed on July 31st (exceptations 
can be made if really necessary, talk to me)

Please inform us as soon as possible on your transportation needs. We 
are aware that you might not have all details available at this moment 
just yet. Informing us as early as possible will help us with planning 
the amount of volunteers and transportation dates.
