Speaking of quality control: paper is also very error prone. It can get lost or damaged. Some people have terrible handwriting. Why no digital option? Could just be email using a token provided at the merch tent, maybe?

Further, a list is hard to make GDPR proof. If it absolutely has to be paper, please use individual sheets of paper so people don't have to see other people's addresses. We have a printer and paper at Warehouse, and we can get more paper if needed.

Further suggestion: allow people to provide their hackerspace name instead of their own address, to bundle deliveries, which should save €€ on shipping costs.
