[why2025-orga] Wind warning: stop working & go to Heaven

Hi all from the field, 

Wind warning: until further notice, we ask all volunteers take shelter in Heaven, a portocabin or the green tracktent Andromeda. According to expectations this will take from **17:00 till 21:00.**
We will wind measurement every 30 minutes and will keep you up to date. We will let you know when the wind lies down enough to continue our work. 

If you can’t sleep in your tent, or you don’t feel safe to do so, contact Robert / Number3. You can sleep at the green track tent Andromeda. 

**Overview**
- Stop working
- If you use a gator, bike or manitou please park it, check if it’s locked and parked correctly
- Go to Heaven
- And try to enjoy yourself calmly with all the others
- If you want to sit in a more quit place, you can go to Andromeda
- No trips will depart from the field. If you are on your way to the terrain think of your safety first and park your car at a safe location.
