[why2025-orga] The first teardown update - 12th of August

Hi all, 

Today is the last day of the event. Don’t forget to have fun and enjoy yourselves before it’s over and the afterparty (teardown) starts. Teardown is planned from: Tuesday 12th of August 17:00 till Friday 15th of August.
Every morning we'll start with a standup: 08:30 with the teamleads and 08:45 with all orga @ Heaven.

**Teardown**
- Accessibility: just have a lovely day
- Info: a regular infodesk day, tomorrow teardown starts
- Villages: in need of bikeangels for leaving villages
- Parking: cars are allowed on the terrain after closing. One way road policy
- Content: please let them know if you have any announcements for the tents
- Volunteering: trying to staff every request
- Deco: entrance gate will be taken down around midnight
- Warehouse: is operational
- Productiehuis: on schedule with teardown, in need of an electric gator at night
- Terrain: focussing on fences, have a broader plan for teardown
- Volunteerkitchen: distribute as much food as possible, a food drop-off point will be available at Heaven for all villages who have food they'd like to donate
- Moebelhaus: dropoff points are in map, villages need to bring there stuff there before tomorrow afternoon
- Onsite: helps moebelhaus with prepping drop off points
- Bar: karaoke & partybar closes first
- POC: if you don't need your POS terminal / deskphone / DECT anymore, please hand it over to POC
- NUTS: all facilities are available till tomorrow. Showers & toilets @ Heaven will be available till Friday
- Sponsors: no updates
- Projectleiding: Robert will take over Tom's teams and Piiindakaas collects all pick-ups in her milestoneplanning. If you want to join us on our photowall, please come over to PL to make a polaroid :D
- ROC: starts collecting porto's that are no longer needed, batteries can still be found at warehouse
- NOC: start teardown in the stages after checking with Productiehuis and the datenklo's will be yeeted tomorrow. Mainbar & foodcourt have network till 13:00 and the build-up wifi will be up again
- Cohesion: doing it's thing. Don't forget to be excelent to each other
- Family: tear down mode activated
- Security: is fully up & running till tomorrow 12:00, then they'll scale down
- Shuttle: shuttle runs today and tomorrow. After the shuttles they might help out with other things
- Foodcourt: few trucks are open for breakfast

**General announcements**
- It's very hot out there, drink more water and use sunscreen. 
- It's been quite the ride so far, people are getting tired, so please be kind and excellent to each other.
- Please do not take or damage any decorations. Almost all the decoflags are captured and the event isn't over yet. This is very rude and defenitely not excellent.
