Dear all of the WHY orga!

In a couple of hours we will have yet another Jitsi meet :) We have
3600 tickets sold and in a month, the first people will be on the
field!

Please prepare the things other teams should know of your team, any
problems you still have, and the help you need.

To be respectful of everybody's
time, please be mindful of your messages and questions. Basic courtesy
rules:

* Put your (nick)name and team as your jitsi name
* Be prepared, and unless it is something big within your team, try to
keep it under a minute.
* If you have a question to the whole orga, also send it to the
mailinglist afterwards (or, if you want input that moment, before the
meeting)
* This are orga meets. Village or personal questions are better suited
for 1:1's, breakouts, emails, or other communications
* Try to keep updates brief and interesting for everybody, consider
what is the worth of a saying like 'we have a team meeting next week'.
* There are people hanging out before and after the meeting for
chatting, casual sharing and having fun.
