Hi Thomas, Martin, Team:Tickets and Enterance,

In about a month Nancy and Boekenwuurm will launch WHY2025 with their 
opening keynote. They want to start with a fast video montage of every 
volunteer team welcoming the crowd, including yours.

Could you record a super-short clip?

How to record (takes one minute):

1. Open your phone’s camera and switch to Video.
2. Select the highest possible quality on your phone.
3. Hold the phone horizontal at eye level.
4. Press Record, count “3-2-1,” then have you or everyone say:

     **“Hi, welcome to WHY from team <teamname>!”**

5. Stop recording, check that voices are clear.

6. Email me the file or share a link (Nextcloud, WeTransfer, etc.).
7. Please name it teamname_clip.mp4 or .mov.

The deadline is **15 July** because we start editing the next morning, 
we really need to get this done before buildup. But you do not have to 
wait to sent it in, just do it right now and get your clip to me early.
