[why2025-orga] Reminder! -- Teams Boels deliveries before / after build-up weekend

Hi!

This is a reminder about last weeks question for teams who have items on
the Boels order list:

* There is a weekend (Sat-Sun) during of build-up
* Lots 'o Boels delivery will happen on Fri 1st and Mon 4th
* We CAN tell Boels our preferences about what to deliver first

* IF you NEED stuff during that weekend already...
* ...and did not communicate about that yet...
* ...then let us know before the end of upcoming Sunday 13 Jul.
