Hey everyone,

Part of making current and future event visitors enthusiastic is
showing what the event looks like. The past event had an "Memories"
page for this set up, but we want to one-up it this year.

For this event we've set up a central place for orga members to upload
pictures on. We hope you'll end up documenting what buildup, the event
itself, and teardown looks like, so people watching along know what to
expect this year and next event.

You can reach it at https://snaps.why2025.org. For uploading pictures
you'll need an Authentik account. Most orga already have this. If you
don't have one yet and are part of the "core orga" (not general onsite
volunteers), send us an e-mail at sysadmin at why2025.org incl. your
nickname/handle and to which team you belong.

Pictures you upload will be licensed as CC-BY-SA and have the
attribution with your own nickname listed. If you want to upload
anything on behalf of a non-core orga visitor you can opt to fill out
the Author field, leave it empty otherwise. Keep the photo policy
[1] in mind when adding pictures.

We hope to see many amazing pictures popping up. Maybe even this
weekend with the sweatshops going on?
