Dear creatures of the WHY orga kind!

In a couple of hours we will have yet another Jitsi meet :) Only 64 more days and 250 tickets left atm!

Since it worked out great last time, I hereby share the helpful list of things that Boekenwuurm shared last time, to make it a smooth experience for everyone!

To be respectful of everybody's
time, please be mindful of your messages and questions. Basic courtesy
rules:

* Put your (nick)name and team as your jitsi name
* Be prepared, and unless it is something big within your team, try to
keep it under a minute.
* If you have a question to the whole orga, also send it to the
mailinglist afterwards (or, if you want input that moment, before the
meeting)
* This are orga meets. Village or personal questions are better suited
for 1:1's, breakouts, emails, or other communications
* Try to keep updates brief and interesting for everybody, consider
what is the worth of a saying like 'we have a team meeting next week'.
* There are people hanging out before and after the meeting for
chatting, casual sharing and having fun.

Also: our loyal note taker Robert/Number3 is enjoying a lovely holiday, so if anyone would be so kind to help out with taking notes tonight, that would be great :D
