[why2025-orga] Boels order window has closed.

Hi Orga,

To inform you: the Boels order window has now closed (as announced in 
the last orga meet).

I've processed all last minute requests and changes. Thank you for being 
(albeit just) in time. I've got a response from all teams that ordered 
something at MCH and some new ones so I assume we are complete.

Only awaiting a small check question to Safety, and an usable request 
from Volunteers who have till tomorrow morning.

You can find your requests reflected in the Boels list in the Notes 
column (If you don't know the location, send me an e-mail). When the 
last quote comes in in about a week, I'll update the Boels list and then 
all amounts should reflect your request.
If requests can not be fulfilled, or alternatives are offered, I will 
inform the team directly.

Just a little over 6 weeks before the party starts (at least for me)! 
Can't wait!
