[why2025-orga] Secret Token Game

Hi orga teams,

WHY2025 will have a Secret Token Game, just like we had on MCH2022. The
Secret Token Game is a game where visitors of WHY2025 can find hidden
tokens all over the WHY2025 campsite, digital systems, websites, or just a
random place related to WHY2025.

The Secret Token Game is organized by Team CTF, but like MCH2022 we can use
the help of the rest of the orga Teams (or villages, or individuals) to
hide tokens all over WHY2025. The tokens can be printed in plaintext, may
be part of a puzzle, or can be encoded or obfuscated. Contributing to the
Secret Token Game is completely voluntary, but you are all invited to
participate.

Tokens to be added to the Secret Token Game can be submitted to Team CTF
via the following form:
https://token.why2025.org/submit-token
