[why2025-orga] Requests about your volunteers

Hi Orga people,

Team:Volunteers has been asking all other teams to think about the 
angels they need during the event. They had until last weekend to send 
in a first draft. It is important to get these schedules done since it 
takes us a few hours to feedback on the drafts and it will take time to 
enter data into Engelsystem. We have a lot of work that needs to be done 
with not enough team members. We can't do it all last minute!

These teams have not send us a draft yet:

  * Entertainment / Party area
  * Waste
  * Warehouse
  * NOC
  * Speakerdesk
  * Safety (3x) (we have timeslots but we also need descriptions)

These teams have said they can make shifts when the schedule is known. 
However they should make descriptions of shifts, angeltypes and plan 
introduction sessions.

  * Productiehuis
  * Heralds

These teams do need angels, have a draft shift schedule but are not 
ready yet:

  * Bar/Foodcourt
  * Volunteers
  * Family
  * Shuttle

These teams are ready:

  * Info
  * Feldphone
  * Parking
  * Tickets and Entrance

guide and template that has been sent to your contact person by e-mail.
