[why2025-orga] Orga jitsi tonight & Last In-person orga meeting Saturday

Hi all,

I hope to see loads of you later today. As it will be hot, and largely
outside, please bring:
* sunscreen,
* head covering of your choice
* and as Wheeze said, enough to drink.

Today’s meeting is great for those interteam contacts, laying out
remaining problems and find solutions without a screen inbetween!

Wensdays meeting was an productive hour. Hightlights and call to
actions were:

- There will be a BBQ at RevSpace, 1 day before the NATO top. Plan
accordingly
- Team:Info:make your teams FAQ and wiki pages up to date
- Team:Terrain : give feedback on the doors of your team-tents
- Team:Volunteers please send in your Angel shifts

- The website and the online map have both improved the last months
