[why2025-orga] External suppliers access

Me again :)

As we’re getting closer and closer to the event date, I would like to
start compiling the list of suppliers who need permanent access to the
field.
By this, I mean suppliers who stay on the field longer than just loading
or unloading.

If you have such a supplier, please email their details to me so I can
add them to the supplier list.

Please include:
- The team they support (or tent, purpose, etc.)
- The company they come from
- How many people
- The dates you expect them to arrive and leave (Whether they will stay
overnight on the field (and how many people))


You don’t need to send exact names of the people — we understand that
might be difficult to know at this point.


A little remark (so we won't get any confusion by this):
Suppliers are not visitors. They do not get an event badge, goodie bag, etc.
Suppliers can use our facilities (like the bar), especially since some
of them will stay overnight — we want to be good hosts.
