[why2025-orga] AV hardware requests from teams/villages/sponsors

Hi,

Team Productiehuis is gathering the "final" requirements for the
offfer from our AV supplier. We have the main tents, Bar, Family and
Badge covered, but maybe other teams, villages or sponsors need AV
equipment and would like use our AV hardware supply services.

Please contact us as soon as possible, otherwise you will only be able
to use our first come first serve small sets of which we might only
have one or two.

If the AV hardware you require needs to come from a rental company
(chance is about 100%) this will cost money, so keep this in mind.

make things work.
