== lessons leared per team ==

There are some teams that have already shared their lessons learned on one form or another. We want to encourage you make an evaluation and write it down something for the team after you. You might be there and be happy that data was perserved and that you don't have to start from 0.
This can take many shapes. We know a letter for the future team worked great for team:family. Or maybe a plan of action (draaiboek in Dutch), as some other teams are doing. If you want help putting things down, feel free to reach out!

In the nextcloud, there is a folder called feed forward, where this letters, draaiboeken or the likes can be stored and found back. The information that was send to the 2029 at why2025.org will be collected there too.

== team evaluation feed forward sessions ==

Some teams have lessons leared they want to share, or discuss with other teams. We want to facilitate that in the shape of feed forward sessions. Wednesday evenings. Half an hour per team. Teams can book a slot, share there lessons learned, and others can join in to give their point of view. Try to keep a constructive approach :)
