[why2025-orga] Team:Sysadmin shutting down services post-event

Hi everyone,

Now that WHY2025 is behind us (I miss you all already 🥲) Team:Sysadmin 
is looking to scale down and retire services that are no longer needed 
now that camp is over.

We've made a draft schedule for when we want to sunset some of these 
services:
   - mqtt.why2025.org: September 18th
   - angel.why2025.org: September 18th
   - chat.why2025.org: October 1st
   - vote.why2025.org: October 1st
   - waste.why2025.org: October 1st
   - stats.why2025.org: December 1st, data will be backed up
   - tickets.why2025.org: December 1st
   - wiki.why2025.org: Will become read-only on December 1st
   - meet.why2025.org: December 1st

Additionally, next month (October 1st) we will also start disabling the 
@why2025.org email addresses and Zammad ticket queues for everyone 
except PL, Merch, Finance, Tickets and Sysadmin.

These dates are NOT final, if you need any of these things past the 
dates listed above: please send an email to sysadmin at why2025.org as soon 
as possible, telling us why you still need that service and until when 
you expect to need it to remain online and we will work something out.
