[Parking] Want Radios?

Hi Lennart,

Thanks for the heads-up. Yes we do need radios. The parking planning is 
in 'early alpha stage', which makes it somehow difficult to provide good 
estimates right now.

Rough estimates

Looking at the current idea we need:

  	* 6 radio's during build-up (T-1).
  	* 8-13 radio's during the event (T0 till T5)
  	* 6 radio's during tear-down (T6).

  	* Most of them will need speakermike and earpieces.
  	* There will be quite some communication on the field (mostly during 
build-up/teardown. A parking radio channel would be nice.

Open questions

Are the following assumptions (on our side) correct?

  	* The whole parking are, entrance roads/roundabout are included in the 
coverage scope.
  	* Radio services fully operational at T-1 and T6.
