[Parking] Want Radios?

Hi Rick,

Tnx for the talk!
It helped me understand your request a lot better.

As discussed, you'll possibly be handling an external traffic-support
company for intersections near the event.
The transport-vehicles also need radios.
Both traffic and luggage transport will be most busy from day -1 to 1, and
5 to 6. So we entered 12 radios from -1 to 6 for now.

Let's talk about tracker-options on the 14th.
Options could be:
- GPRS (I can probably arrange 10 for decent price, which mostly need
simcards) 2G should still be available until 2025-12-01.
- Lora. Bigger investment in equipment, and lower update-rate
- The radios, but we need a programmer and some decisions made on this.
