[Parking] [why2025-orga] Team:Warehouse is now open!

Hi team:warehouse,

for team:parking, we would like to request the following:

- Flatterband, a lot! Not sure about the total, but 2.000m seems 
reasonable. We will use it to reduce the amount of fences needed, by 
putting it in between fences for extension (if that makes sense?)
- 8 pavilions (6 for "luggage drop off spots" on the field, 2 at the 
parking entrance for the team during operation hours)
- 3 bikes for supervisors to quickly support team (coordinating parking 
and luggage shuttle on the field)
- tape to attach signs at
a) the rented trailers of luggage shuttles (not sure which would be best)
b) on fences (probably duck tape or something similar?)
