[Parking] Important: situation about traffic controllers

Hi Konmei,

I have one volunteer for the traffic control at Wagenweg.

He offered to do day -1 (7 aug) from 15:00-17:00. He has his own jacket.

Where should he report?

The bought jackets should be now with Decoration, I gave them to Govert 
so he should know where they are.
