[Parking] Parking and trafic control

I had contact with the person of official trafic control company and got 
a qoute.

The idea is to arrange official traffic controllers (verkeersregelaars) 
for the following time/places :

Places :

  * Roundabout 2 persons (one on the main road and one near the entrance)
  * Wagenweg west (connecting to Kanaaldijk)
  * Wagenweg east (just after Europark entrance)

Days :

My assumption is that the following day we HAVE to rent 
verkeersregelaars because it will be busy :

   *  7  & 8 Aug
  * 12 & 13 Aug

Between 9-11 Aug the most persons will be already on site, most traffic 
will be people go shopping (supermarket) or picking up stuff. Are for 
these day verkeersregelaars necessary according to you?

Right now I have a quote for 7-13 aug traffic control from every day 
9:00-23:00 between 4 to 5 and a 'coordinator' persons. In all this 
really adds up, so what do you think is necessary? If I know this I can 
check what is necessary by law and have a conversation about this with 
this company.

In other questions, how does WHY2025 handle bikes, is there also a 
parking for that or does e.g. every visitor take his bike to his tent?

Last remark, don't know if it's on your radar, you could do a free exam 
on https://www.verkeersregelaarsexamen.nl , don't know if this is really 
needed.
