I do not know how the build-up chart got created with that information, but I know that Piiindakaas controls the sheet.
So I would contact with her to supply here with the right information.

With regards to professional / volunteer I’d say anything is fine right 😊.

Just out of curiosity, are these people really working on a vulnerability basis?
As in, they do not get access to the event, nothing for them to win?
I’d suggest we do think about how we can make them enjoy a bit of the festival if they volunteer as such.

And one more remark.
I lately saw another event where there was a traffic controller standing in the full sun.
Please do no forget to buy a 30-euro partytent at the HEMA for them to enjoy some shade and bring them food and drinks every now and then. Traffic controller in warm weather is a hard job.

What is exactly the question you have for me?

The question was of this line was still valid :

We don't have hired/professional traffic controllers, but a few (2 now) volunteers from the https://www.verkeersregelaarsexamen.nl

They only will be on the Wagenweg on day -1,0 and 1

I am still in process with konmei to get this part up and running, but thats another story ;-)
