[Parking] Volunteers for Team:Parking [Ticket#42599]

Hi Konmei,

The other teams that have people driving Gators are using the restricted angel type "Driving Angel", an angel type for all shifts that require a drivers license.
Verification is planned to be performed in Heaven at check-in.

I think it is best to do that angel-type for the luggage service as well. OK?
