[Parking] DECT coverage in Parking area // Orga Parking

We're still a bit surprised about the placement, so thanks for the 
confirmation!

About the sprinters, in general you're right. They are to deliver the 
POC stuff to the field, but they are also used to do errands for Team 
POC (e.g. hardware store) - and may used as storage for hardware which 
is just on-site as a fallback. The vehicles will need to be able enter 
and leave their parking spot during buildup, teardown and during the 
event. Yet, they don't have parking tickets, they are event vehicles and 
paid by IFCAT. For the private vehicles of the rest of the crew, we have 
bought parking tickets of course.

Last time at SHA and MCH, we got parking space allocated at the 
Logistics area in the north, which was also kinda Logistics and Orga 
Parking. That's why I requested it at Orga parking again, most likely 
because this parking would be available the earliest until the latest 
date possible(?). I'm open to other parking option which is not at the 
most far end of the field, where we are able to enter and leave the 
event area (guess we may need some kind of special parking permit then?) 
during this time and which is available from 2nd August till 14th August.
