[Parking] Important: situation about traffic controllers

Hi netsmurf,

as contact for parking to PL we need your support.
Summary of current parking / entrance situation reg. official traffic 
controllers:
     - not needed at logistics entrance (Wagenweg West)
     - not needed at roundabout (Festivalweg)
     - needed at entrance of the 'speelpark de Swaan' (Wagenweg Oost):
     'evenementenverkeersbegeleiders' during day -1, 0 and 1 to hold the 
WHY traffic that enter there (and let pass the local traffic)

We cannot stuff this from team:parking, a Dutch exam needs to be taken 
14 days before the event to be allowed to perform this task.
Dave registered the event at https://www.verkeersregelaarsexamen.nl/ to 
find volunteers that might be able to help out, so far no responses.

So, from our perspective: if we do not find volunteers until 1st of 
August, we can either
a) hire externals (not sure how and who would do that)
b) accept, that are none

Please let me know your thoughts and the best way forward.
