Hi Konmei,

Not sure if it is a prerequisite, story goes that in the past some people drove badly, which a drivers license might reduce, although if I see some drivers on the road...
Others told us that the insurance for these gators demand from the renter to somehow take care that drivers are OK, which a drivers license might fulfill.

Don't know.
