[Parking] [why2025-orga] Last request: share team headcount for food planning

Hi Piiindakaas,

the most important part is the plates placement which will happen before 
we arrive. Therefore, we aligned with team:terrain (Gina) where the 
plates must be. Will be finalized today and available in QGIS.
Hired traffic controllers: we need "evenementverkeersregelaars" but we 
might not have enough volunteers. I already contact netsmurf on behalf 
of PL, so far no feedback.
