Thank you for the information.

We are not sure if we will work with angels managed from Engelsystem on day -1, but we will certainly try to assist in sending helping hands to the right places. For now we will leave the day -1 shifts in the form.

I put the info you provided in a file, for our ease of use and to see if we were missing stuff. I've attached the file.

Couple of things, please let me know if my choices are not OK:

Please consider also offering a introduction meeting on day 0, if not enough angels have registered beforehand.

I've selected the accessibility / impairment information I think is valid for the provided shift descriptions.. Please verify

I've set the Requires short introduction for all your non-coordinator shifts to Y(es). Because I think a bit of time for hand-over and introduction for first-timers will be needed.

Parking entrance control on day 1 ends at 16:00 while parking distribution still has slots from 08:00 to 22:00. Is this correct? Will parking coordinator manage entrance control from 16:00?
