Hi Mark,

Dixi for parking is completely sufficient, it is mainly to have an easy 
access toilet for people when they arrive after several hours drive on 
the field.
Regarding your questions: this is exactly what was aligned and is 
completely fine. If there is anything else that needs clarification, 
just let me know.
