[Shuttle] Shuttle Budget

Hey Nancy!

I don't know if the shuttles have been included in a budget so far?

The breakdown is as follows;

5 x 9 Personvan (€149)

1 x Wheelchairvan (€239)

That makes it a total of 13,776 for the vehicles. Most of them will be electric so we don't expect a huge amount in fuel, although we will need to talk with Power to make sure this is feasible.

I suspect we will want to charge an amount for the Shuttle ticket in addition to entry fee. Does Henry have an opinion on how much that should cost?
