[Shuttle] Vehicle Rental

Amstelveen isn't so bad... but it's not ideal. 


If we wanted to do EVs then I'd want to check in with Power and Terrain to check we have enough electricity, and somewhere we can park them to charge. 


But otherwise LGTM :)
