Hey Mark,
Apologies for the delay in replying - I messed up my subscription to the list.
> How many trips do you expect in parallel?
Up to 6; it depends how many volunteers we can get on arrival and departure days which will be the most intense. In between that the Shuttles will be used more lightly and we'd anticipate maximum 2-3 driving while the others are charging.
> What kind of charging infrastructure have you currently considered?
We plan to charge on terrain. In extremis, there are some fast chargers we will maybe use on the busiest days to keep vans in service, but obviously that comes at a cost.
Ideally we'd like charging in the parking area. 3-pin is probably fine if we can charge them all in parallel, but if we can get something a little faster that would be better.
> If you expect to charge on-terrain: How many round-trips do you expect per day?
Per vehicle? That's hard to say but the maximum frequency a single vehicle can do is 2ph and each trip is maximum 30km.
Best,
Hugh
