[Shuttle] [why2025-orga] Insurance list

for every car on the road in .nl an accident insurance is mandatory (I
think this is the as in UK).
Its both a responsibility of the lessee as the letter to have it
insured, as such you can't rent a vehicle in .nl without insurance.

Secondary we also have a separate insurance for personal injuries when
doing chores for the festival.
