[mch2021-terrain] First site layout draft

Hi team,

This weekend we made a first draft of the site layout. You can find it on the team page on the wiki.

Tomorrow evening there will be the visit of the Liquicity buildup site. We'll have a look at the way things are looking, how Liquicity is doing things, and we'll keep an eye out for anything that 
looks like it's going to be an obvious conflict with our draft. We will also meet the NUTS team there, and perhaps some other people; we'll probably end up discussing our plans a bit, though not 
in any great detail.

At or after the orga jitsi this Wednesday I will start approaching some key other teams about our plans, to see if there is anything majorly wrong with our draft.

We will do a site visit a week after Liquicity has finished, on Sunday the 28th. Time to be determined. When this is finished, we can start making a second draft, ideally one that comes with an 
actual map drawing rather than just pieces of paper on a jpeg.

If anyone who couldn't make it to the mapping session wants to jump in and join the bikeshed, I'll be happy to set up a jitsi meeting to discuss the details.
