Hey Villages Team and cc Team Terrain!

I'm hoping either or perhaps both of you can help me out.
As you know, we're working with PL, Productiehuis and Content to outfit the Salon Perdu [https://www.vanrosmalen.com/nl/spiegeltent/salon-perdu/] circustent, delivered by vanrosmalen for Liquicity (as the Mirror Palace) - as a very special content stage called the Milliways Cyber Circus (we're even in the CFP [https://cfp.why2025.org/why2025/cfp]!)

To this end, we're starting to plan and organise our village (some early idea's/thoughts/expectations are in this mailtrail)
Obviously, it's still early days, tickets haven't been released and it's a bit of crystalball gazing for now, but in a recent poll across our socials, we're seeing a 90/10 split in favor of attending WHY over DEFCON amongst our members so we're enthusiastically pursuing that attendance level of 200 for our village.

What I'm hoping you can work with me on is our village placement around or near the cybercircus so we can plan our village kitchen and hangouts (and potential backup plans if it turns out to be as swampy as last summer)!
As I stated a few months back; "a village with that many people + art + kitchen is naturally power hungry and dependent on water so if those options are up for discussion that would be great!"
I'd be happy to delve into a discussion about this with you at your convenience.
