[mch2021-terrain] Fencing for Boneyard

Hi!

Team:Terrain is currently discussing Fencing and the question came up 
what kind and how much fencing you would like for the Boneyard.
As you can see from this draft of the map:

The Boneyard effectively has a moat except for a tiny bridge in the 
north-west. (We think this bridge is about half a meter wide).
In the current map there is fence number 5, meant as access control for 
the Boneyard.

We were wondering:
- Is the access control fence necessary and what type of fence would you 
like?
- Would you like the boneyard to be fenced off entirely, despite the moat?
- If not, would you like the small bridge to be fenced off?
