[mch2021-terrain] Team Waste field requirements and requests

Hey Team Terrain, 

Would like to list a few requirements and wishes from team Waste:

* Trash compactor (vuilnispers): we are planning to have 2 on the field. One in the Boneyard, one behind /backstage foodcourt. They both need the metal sheets underneath, they both need power and they both need a way to access them by truck/lorry to remove and replace them. Would also be helpful if we can drive a golfcart with trailer up to it to dump the trash.
* Behind/backstage foodcourt we also need to place a bin for paper, another for glass and probably something else. Again, a truck needs to be able to remove and replace it. 
* At the last? day we need to place a few ‘grofvuil’ bins. Really big bins to throw in all the sofa’s and other crap people left behind. Would need to be in strategic spots on the main road.
