[why2025-terrain] Foodcourt location change

Hi!

Marieke sent me a request for the location of Foodcourt to change somewhen last week. I haven't gotten to it until now.
We've had some debate within the foodcourt/bar team and as far as we are aware the area south of the current bar situation is unsuitable due to the sloped characteristics of the terrain there. We've had the idea of moving the Foodcourt in it's entirety closer to the party area, but I'm not certain what we'd like to do for bar in that instance (as we kind of wanted to keep foodcourt and bar together)

@Kato: I believe you had a suggestion when it comes to this?
