[why2025-terrain] Warehouse idea

Hi Team:Terrain!

Based on discussions with:
- redlizard (Terrain)
- Gina (Terrain)
- CH23 (Warehouse)
- Peetz0r (Warehouse)
- Wheeze_NL (ROC)
- MrLinux (ROC)

We think this location of Warehouse, which would require moving other things too, would make the user experience for warehouse and angels using warehouse much better.

ROC wants to be close to Warehouse, as they use a part of Warehouse as their front desk.

The attached picture is an idea; of course further adjustments are probably necessary.
