[why2025-terrain] Request update maps

Hi Team terrain,

As we discussed on the fieldday, we have some permit requests for you.
Below is the summary of the requests:

Permit (urgent):

  *   Request to update all the maps in the permit folder with the latest lay-outs.
  *   An overview of all  the fences (allready received)
  *   Traffic plan
     *   Clearly show where we will close the road off (entrance and logistics side)
     *   For the first day we will put a traffic closure with a traffic controler at the start of the road to return all the traffic back to the highway.  Please add that to the map
  *   A parking place for bicycles on the parking lot
  *   One specific map with all the food and drink locations

Safety (not urgent):

  *   The fields are now numbered (e.g. r<number) Would it be possible to give all the large tents also a number. For example TR01 (Tent Rice 01)? That would be great.
  *   On the safety field we have now space for 2 cars (ambulance and doctor car) can we add one more vehicle next to that (meaning that we need to move the safety tent a bit downwards). The doctor will come with 2 vehicles.
