[why2025-terrain] Toilets and Showers

Dear Glenn,

I hope you are doing well!
Team:Terrain is now starting to plan the finer details of the map and 
that includes more details about the Toilets and Showers.
Some questions have arisen, and I hope you (or someone else from NUTS) 
can shed some light on them:

Is the budget for Toilets and Showers part of your budget?
Have you already planned specific units to rent (and if so: specific 
places for them)?
Have you planned cleaning schedules?

If some of these questions don't yet have an answer (or you thought that 
they are part of our jurisdiction) please let me also know, then 
Team:Terrain can get to work on finding answers.
