[why2025-terrain] Map suggestions

The problem with using silend and quiet is that we can't guarantee
that. Low volume, or "lower noise" would be more honest. Family area
has a simelair expectation, except that will be louder in the mornings.

The noise gradient image is of my hand, what do you think of this
version?
