Dear Team:Villages,

I would like to make it more obvious to new visitors that the FREE FOR 
ALL plots are available for camping without a village.
Currently, (and anecdotally someone I talk to today) was unsure if this 
was a village or if they could be there.

I propose just marking them as hide_online=true or deleting them. Do you 
see any problems with that? (Which option would you prefer?)
Otherwise, we could make them a different color (that would involve 
adding a toggle to the table) so that it is clear that this is not 
actually a village.
